Executive Team Development – Real Estate Investment Trust

The new CEO of a successful FTSE REIT had recently formed his executive team in preparation for a strategic shift into adjacent markets and to signal a new, inclusive style of leadership. We worked with the team over a year to articulate a clear company purpose, vision of success and strategic plan based on the existing core capabilities and a shared desire to deliver strong, long-term shareholder returns as well as significant social impact.

The process yielded new insights into the optimum business model for the company, changed some long-held assumptions and re-energised the wider team around a clear strategy for growth.
