Executive Team Development – Technology
We worked with the leader of a UK Public Sector business to help him re-build a high performing leadership team for his business after several promotions out of the team. We helped him: establish the Vision and Mission for the business; create a bold business plan to double its size over a five year period during a time of Public Sector austerity; develop the leadership capability of the team and create a strong team dynamic; create a clear, communicable strategy for the wider team.
Using well-established business models to support this work, we helped the team to think clearly about their priority goals and actions, focus on the most important leadership attributes for future growth and determine where new talent was needed to complete the team. We also coached the leader throughout.
The team surpassed their stretch sales target of US$1bn through a time of significant strategic and cultural transformation and were the lead country for the global Public Sector segment that year.
